A Happy Pumpkin and Ghost...

Happy 15 days until Halloween! XD Hope you're October has been filled with pumpkin patches and nightly walks to enjoy the fantastic decorations. I've been trying to cram as much Halloween festivities into my time off of work. Tonight, for instance, I'm going to a new jack-o-lantern exhibit called The Rise! It's gonna be so much fun!!!

To celebrate all the awesome decorations, I decided to paint my nails inspired by one of my favorite decorations that I have!

 

He's an old-fashioned blowmold! These are my favorite kinds of decorations, even though they are a pain in the butt to store the rest of the year. We've had this guy for as long as I can remember. So at least since the early 90's. He's a big guy, about 3 feet tall or so. And he lights up!

Autumn Scarecrow...

Can I just say how happy I am that the seasons have finally changed? Oh my gosh, you have no idea. And it's autumn! One of my favorite seasons. I find it a very nostalgic season for me, mostly because I loved it so much as a child. And we have so much to look forward to in the up-coming months.

Also, here is the start of my favorite nail art season! What with the holidays coming up we're about to see a ton of fabulous nail art trickle in on beauty blogs. I can't wait! And here is the start of my contribution!

Disney's Peter Pan and Tinkerbell!

Disney fan alert! Went on a trip to Disneyland a few weeks ago and decided to do a look inspired by one of my all-time favorite Disney movies, Peter Pan.

Now, before I go on, I have to give a huge shout out to IHaveACupcake as her Peter Pan video is the inspiration for this look. And when I say 'inspiration', I really mean that I duplicated her look on one of my hands, then too Cupcake's style and painted Tink on  the other!

Y is For...

It's been such a busy past few weeks what with the holidays, shopping, working, decorating, planning, wrapping, sorting... and working. I've hardly had time to paint my nails at all. I even went to work for 4 days with no nail polish on. At all. Which is extremely rare for me. But I'm back, at the tail end of 2 consecutive days off with one of my last ABC Challenge designs.

I'm sure you're sick of hearing it. I'm sorry this post is a week late. Work and such got in the way... but excuses don't buy you squat, lol. Let's just get onto the design, right?

Happy Halloween everyone! ^_^ I can't believe it's already October 31. Where the heck did the time go? I feel like Summer just ended and here we are closing in on the middle of fall. Wow.

Enough of this sentimental crap! I'm sure you're sick of hearing it. I bet you want to get onto my design, huh? Well, just a little comment before we get started. The other day at work I accidentally bashed my finger with a frozen chicken. Yeah, it sounds like a joke but it actually happened and it did a little damage on my ring finger. Hence, I've edited them a little to take out my boo-boo. Hope you can look beyond the edits and enjoy the design!

Have you ever had one of those days where everything you do seems to be wrong? Yeah... that was work today. I guess my mind is working a little slow today. Maybe it's this cold I'm currently fighting. *sniffles* At least I have tomorrow off so that I can recuperate. And I can work on some nail art for you all. XD
