Can I just say how happy I am that the seasons have finally changed? Oh my gosh, you have no idea. And it's autumn! One of my favorite seasons. I find it a very nostalgic season for me, mostly because I loved it so much as a child. And we have so much to look forward to in the up-coming months.
Also, here is the start of my favorite nail art season! What with the holidays coming up we're about to see a ton of fabulous nail art trickle in on beauty blogs. I can't wait! And here is the start of my contribution!

Disney's Peter Pan and Tinkerbell!
Disney fan alert! Went on a trip to Disneyland a few weeks ago and decided to do a look inspired by one of my all-time favorite Disney movies, Peter Pan.
Now, before I go on, I have to give a huge shout out to IHaveACupcake as her Peter Pan video is the inspiration for this look. And when I say 'inspiration', I really mean that I duplicated her look on one of my hands, then too Cupcake's style and painted Tink on the other!

Sunset Spiderwebs...
I know it's only mid-August... but I'm eager for the Halloween season. Maybe it's that kids are already back to school or that I just really want it not to be hot anymore. But I've been breaking into my Halloween plates recently. I've been holding myself back, only using images that suggest Halloween and doesn't scream the spooky season. So I opted for spiders and webs.
Yes, I did do the same look twice in a row. I couldn't help it. I love this SO much! And it appeared that many other people did too. I got stopped at work multiple times a day, which was really nice. And while at the service desk at work I helped Lisa Ann Walter (from the 1998 Parent Trap) and she pointed out my nails and said she liked them. XD As a Disney fan I geeked out a little... but only on the inside.
Just out of curiosity, which one do you like better? I think I'm gravitating towards the bottom one. I love the bright yellow at the tips, but I like how dark the top one starts at the cuticle. I just can't decide!

The Justice League!
Took a little break from my usual red, white and blue kick I hit this time a year. Surprising, right? Well, I completely blame my sister. She's been playing Holy B@Man Musical non-stop for few weeks and she's got me hooked too. Thanks Rachel. So, to commemorate the musical, I thought I'd pain a few characters on my nails. Of course, they're also part of the Justice League. You know. Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman?

Dorothy Gale, from Kansas...
If you've been following me for a while, you might have realized by now that I am a nostalgic person. I love looking back and reminiscing about the 'good old days'. But doesn't everyone? And this is why there is a huge fad going around, and has been for a while, called Throwback Thursday (#TBT). I'm a little late on the bandwagon, but I was looking through old family photos looking for some stuff to share and I found this:
Now, I'm not one to brag, but wasn't I adorable? I'm a little over 5 years old here. I remember living in this Halloween costume. This was 1992, when you couldn't just go out and buy costumes. This was hand-made by my mom, who herself is a huge Judy Garland fan. She made everything from the dress down to the ruby slippers. We still have it tucked away in the garage somewhere...
Where am I going with this, you may ask? When I saw this pictures I knew I had to do a Dorothy Gale inspired nail design!

Easter Water Marble...
Hello, nail painters! How have you all been? How was your Easter weekend? Mine was pretty good. Got to spend some time with the family, both at work and at home, and ate wayyy too much candy. Bu that's what we do on holidays where we literally search the ground for hidden plastic eggs with sugary candy inside. And I have to admit that I love it so much!
Today, I'm gonna share the design I wore on Easter, to my families get-together. ;)

Parchment & Lace Flowers!
Hello, all! Hope your weekend is treating you well. Mine is pretty good! We're having perfect weather her in So Cal. It is 66 degrees and beautiful out. This is why I love spring. ;)
Okay, I'm done bragging about where I live. I'm sure you're all sick of it. Today I have a design to share with you that's from my archive folder! It's getting a little full, so I thought I'd share one with you today. Sounds good? I hope so.

Pastel Polka Dots...
Hello all. ;) It's finally spring! Yay!! And it's funny I say that because here in Southern California we've had 'spring' weather since mid-January. But to be able to say its spring... it just makes me happy! And spring means that I can break out all my pastel polishes!!!

Valentine's Conversation Nails...
I know posting a Valentine's Day design now would make it a little late... but better late than never, right?

Nick na nick nick na nick nick nick... NICKELODEON!
I let my twin sister pick out a nail polish for me to use today. And what did she give me? I'm With The Lifeguard by China Glaze. Wow, what a bright green! I knew she'd throw a curve ball at me, she's silly that way, so I went with the punches and decided to do a design inspired by Nickelodeon!
When I was a kid, I loved this channel! It was literally the only station I watched on the weekends when I was elementary school. Rugrats, All That, Clarissa Explains It All, Are You Afraid Of The Dark?, Hey Arnold, Snick... Those were the days, huh? I could go on forever listing my favorite shows.

Valentine's Day: Glitter, Gradient and Stamping, oh my!
I'm stuck in "Valentine's Day" mode, you guys. I'm really gravitating towards the pinks, reds, and glitters. But I guess that isn't really out of the norm for me, lol.

Be-lated Christmas Eve Design!
I've been sick, you guys. *sniffles* Feeling MUCH better than I did, but I'm just now getting back to the real world and I realized 2 things. One, I forgot to post on Thursday because that was the day the flu hit me hard. And two, I never posed my Christmas Eve design! Na-what?!

Z is for...
Yeah... about that whole posting more Christmas nail art. I didn't get to it. I friggen hate retail this time of year because it keeps me from doing things I want! But enough complaints. I'm here with a really quick post: THE LAST LETTER OF MY ABC CHALLENGE!

Y is For...
It's been such a busy past few weeks what with the holidays, shopping, working, decorating, planning, wrapping, sorting... and working. I've hardly had time to paint my nails at all. I even went to work for 4 days with no nail polish on. At all. Which is extremely rare for me. But I'm back, at the tail end of 2 consecutive days off with one of my last ABC Challenge designs.
